- Most items are in stock and can ship immediately
- You will be notified by email when the order ships
- Enlargements / reductions take about 4 weeks
- Enameled bronze icons and some other metal items take up to 6 weeks
- Contact us if you need to make a return. Returned items must be in "good as new" condition. Most returns are accepted
Generally speaking, if you have to return a product that has nothing wrong with it, we will not pay return shipping for it and you will be refunded the cost of the item.
- Books, icons and home goods are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
- Music and videos are returnable within 15 days of purchase - opened merchandise cannot be returned.
The above stipulations do not apply, and shipping/insurance charges will be refunded if the return is due to the following:
- The product is not what was ordered
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product has missing components
- The parcel has been damaged during shipping
If you observe noticeable damage on the outside of your package and believe the contents to be affected, please contact us so that we can send out a new shipment and start the damage claims process. We will be unable to process or refund shipments without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
